Before You Arrive
To help make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we have gathered here some useful information for you

ZTL and the Green Shield
Villa Nardi lies just beyond Florence’s pedestrian ZTL, within a pleasant 10-minute walk of the Boboli Gardens and around 20 minutes from the Ponte Vecchio.
Guests arriving by car will need to pass through the Scudo Verde, Florence’s designated environmental access area.
The restrictions apply only to the oldest vehicles: Euro 0 and Euro 1 cars and motorcycles are not permitted to enter the city.
In most cases, vehicles registered from 1997 onwards are not affected by these restrictions.
Free Parking & Electric Vehicle Charging
Guests can enjoy complimentary private parking within the Villa’s grounds.
Please note that, due to the fixed structure of the entrance gate, access is suitable for vehicles no higher than 2.70 metres. Access is available for vehicles with a maximum height of 2.70 metres and a maximum width of 3 metres, due to the dimensions of the entrance gate..
An electric vehicle charging station is also available, with a charging capacity of up to 10 kW.
The cost of charging is €0.65/kWh.
Early Arrivals
Rooms are available from 2.00 pm.
If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your car in our private car park, store your luggage with us, and receive all the information you need to begin exploring Florence straight away.
Arrivals after 7.30 pm
Should you be arriving after 7.30 pm, there is no need to worry.
On the morning of your arrival, we will send you all the information you need via our official WhatsApp account (+39 055 2207465), together with the instructions for a simple and seamless self check-in at your convenience.
Departure
Check-out is by 11.00 am.
Should you wish to spend a little more time in Florence, you are welcome to leave your car in the Villa’s private car park, free of charge, until 2.00 pm.
Our luggage storage will remain available until 6.00 pm, allowing you to enjoy a few more unhurried hours in Florence before your departure.
Cots & Extra Beds
For our youngest guests, a cot is available upon request and at no additional charge for children up to 2 years of age.
For children aged 3 and above, an additional bed can be arranged exclusively in our Queen Deluxe rooms.
The supplement is €25 per night for each additional guest.
Pets
Pets are always welcome at Villa Nardi.
We simply ask that you let us know before your arrival so we can prepare everything for your stay.
There is no additional charge.
If your four-legged companion has any particular needs, we will be happy to help.
After all, Villa Nardi is also home to Rose, Ugo and Ed, our three beloved poodles. They share everyday life with us and have become familiar faces to many of our guests, always ready to offer a curious glance or a friendly welcome.
Breakfast & Dietary Requirements
Breakfast is served each morning from 8.00 to 10.00 am. ..
During the warmer months, from May to September, and weather permitting, breakfast may also be enjoyed in the peaceful setting of the Villa’s garden.
We offer a selection of products suitable for guests following gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan diets.
If you have any allergies or specific dietary requirements, please let us know before your arrival so that we can prepare everything with care.
